This Privacy Policy explains how V.A.U.L.T. collects, uses, stores, and shares personal data when you use the service. V.A.U.L.T. stands for Visualise Assets, Utilities, Lending, Tracking.

  • email communication records relating to verification, password reset, invites, support, account notices, and service updates.

  • directly from you when you register, log in, create a household, add data, submit a ticket, upload a file, or contact support;
  • from other household members when they invite you or add shared household information that relates to your membership of that household;

If you delete your account or request deletion, some data may remain for a limited period in backups, logs, or records kept for legal, security, fraud prevention, or legitimate operational reasons.
